By creating an account or using LearnChinese, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.

3. Free and Premium Access

The Free plan provides access to the Pinyin course and HSK 1. The Annual Premium plan ($9.99/year) unlocks all HSK levels and premium content for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Premium access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. The Annual Premium plan is billed once and provides access for one year. We do not offer automatic renewals.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us at vththj@163.com within 14 days and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy course content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform

6. Content

All course content, vocabulary, and materials on LearnChinese are owned by us or licensed for use on this platform. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimer

LearnChinese is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about learning outcomes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
